About

Hi! I’m Rosie Lambert, a photographer working across documentary and fine-art practice to create visual stories about the connections between humans, animals, bodies, and the environments we share.

My photography comes from the love, passion, and curiosity I have for animals and the natural world. I create images to encourage awareness and a deeper relationship with the species we live alongside and the environments we inhabit. I am committed to providing a voice for those who cannot speak and to deepening my understanding through hands-on experiences in conservation, wildlife care, and local communities. Spending time working closely with a community at an elephant sanctuary in Northern Thailand was a significant moment for my practice, strengthening my passion for animals and shaping the direction of my work exploring human-animal relationships. Having my work publicly exhibited through the Chiltern Rangers Project at High Wycombe station has also been an important accomplishment, allowing it to exist in everyday public space and reach wider audiences.

I approach photography as a way of building connection, empathy, and understanding. Through my work, I aim to create meaningful visual stories that encourage people to look more closely at the relationships that shape our world, with animals, with each other, and with ourselves.
